The execution of the IABIN GEF Project financial resources and its technical requirements for the establishments of the Species and Specimens Thematic Network (SSTN) will be governed by a Coordinating Institution Transfer Agreement with the GS/OAS, as the Executing Agency of the “Building IABIN” GEF Project.
