Invasive Species Thematic Network The Execution of the IABIN GEF Project financial resources for the Invasive Species Thematic Network will be based on the budget established in the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) submitted by the CI and will be disbursed directly by the General Secretariat of the Organization of American States (GS/OAS).
