The HEMA
Working Group consists of senior health and environment officials from
each of the 5 sub-regions in the Americas � North America,
Central America, Caribbean, Andean Region, and Southern Cone. The HEMA
Working Group (chaired by Canada and Argentina) will be holding their 3rd
Working Group meeting in March 29-31, 2005 in Buenos Aires, Argentina in
order to continue the preparation for the Meeting of
Health and
Environment Ministers of the Americas (HEMA)
that will be held in Mar del Plata, Argentina in June 2005.

A Virtual Forum for Consultation
