Mr. Phillip Linderman is a Foreign Service Officer in the U.S. Department of State, currently assigned as Senior Reporting Officer in the Department’s newly created Office to Monitor and Combat Trafficking. He monitors human trafficking issues throughout the regions of Latin America and East Asia and the Pacific. His responsibilities include participation in drafting the country evaluations for the U.S. annual trafficking report for these regions and explaining U.S. policy to foreign governments. His previous overseas assignments include Germany (1998-2002), Cuba (1995-1998), Chile (1993-1995) and Trinidad and Tobago (1990-1993).
