attached hereto, related to the “Clarification sent by the Minister of
External Relations of the Government of the Plurinational State of Bolivia
of October 21 2011.”

Discrimination Against Persons with Disabilities.

deposited the instrument of accession to the
Additional Protocol to the American Convention on Human
Rights in the Area of Economic, Social and Cultural Rights
"Protocol of San Salvador".

Protocol to the American Convention on Human Rights to
Abolish the Death Penalty.

of the “Contraloría General de la República” one of the three entities that acts as the Central Authority for the purpose of the Inter-American Convention Against Corruption.

on Pacific Settlement, “Pact of Bogota.”

October 21, 2011, Bolivia informed on the designation of the "Ministerio de
Justicia" as the Central Authority for the purpose of the Inter-American Convention on
Support Obligations.
On October 13, 2011, Czech Republic deposited the
instrument of accession to the Inter-American Convention on
Serving Criminal Sentences Abroad with
declaration.
On
August 7, 2011, Bolivia informed on the designation of the "Ministerio de Defensa" as the Central Authority for the purpose of the Inter-American Convention against the Illicit Manufacturing of and Trafficking in Firearms, Ammunition, Explosives and Other Related Materials.
On July 29, 2011, Belize informed on the designation
of the “Attorney General's Ministry” as the Central Authority for the purpose of the
Inter-American Convention on Serving Criminal Sentences
Abroad.
On July 29, 2011, Belize informed on the designation
of the “Attorney
General's Ministry” as the Central Authority for the purpose of the Inter-American Convention Against Corruption.
On July 8, 2011, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
deposited the instrument of accession to the Inter-American Convention on Serving Criminal Sentences Abroad.
On June 15, 2011, Bolivia informed on the designation of the “Ministerio de Transparencia Institucional y Lucha contra la Corrupción” represented by Dr. Nardi Suxo Iturry as the Central Authority of the Inter-American Convention Against Corruption.
On
June 15, 2011, Chile presented a note entitled “Objection by the Republic of Chile to the reservation made by the Government of the Plurinational
State of Bolivia at the time it ratified the American Treaty
on Pacific Settlement, “Pact of Bogota.”

ratification to the American Treaty on Pacific Settlement
(Pact of Bogota) with declaration.

ratification to the Inter-American Convention on
Transparency in Conventional Weapons Acquisitions.

April 18, 2011, Brasil informed on the
designation of the "Ministerio
de Justicia" as the Central Authority on the
following six instruments: Inter-American Convention on
Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters; Inter-American
Convention Against the Illicit Manufacturing of and
Trafficking in Firearms, Ammunition, Explosives, and Other
Related Materials; Inter-American Convention on
International Traffic in Minors; Inter-American Convention
on Proof of and Information on Foreign Law; Inter-American
Convention on Letters Rogatory and Additional Protocol to
the Inter-American Convention on Letters Rogatory.
On April 11, 2011, Guyana deposited the documents
reflecting their withdrawal of the reservation to the
Inter-American Convention Against Corruption

Authority for the purpose of the
Inter-American Convention on Serving Criminal Sentences
Abroad.

September 15, 2010, El Salvador deposited the
instrument of ratification to the Protocol of Amendment to the Inter-American Convention on an International Amateur Radio Permit.
On
September 1, 2010, Uruguay informed on the designation of the "Ministerio de Educación y Cultura"
as the Central Authority for the purpose of the
Inter-American Convention on Serving Criminal Sentences
Abroad.
On
July 28, 2010, Colombia deposited the instrument of
ratification to the Inter-American Convention on
Support Obligations with declarations.
On March 5, 2010, Nicaragua deposited the instrument of
ratification to the Additional Protocol to the
Inter-American Convention on Human Rights in the area of
Economic, Social and Cultural Rights.
On January 26, 2010, Chile deposited the instrument of
ratification to the Inter-American Convention on the Forced
Disappearance of Persons.
