III. Fulfillment of Resolution AG/RES. 1771 (XXXI-O/01) of the OAS General Assembly (Promotion of and Respect for International Human Law)

1. Implementation of international humanitarian law standards at the national level

2. Dissemination of international humanitarian law among the armed forces and security forces of member states.
