Of Bahamas, Cayman Islands, Federal Republic of Germany, The Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China, Ireland, Guernsey, Fiji, Czech Republic, Barbados, Australia, Swiss Confederation, Zimbabwe, Norway, Papua New Guinea, Poland, Sweden, and the United Kingdom.
