Participation of the DIL in the Durban Review Conference, Geneva, 2009

The second activity carried out under the Project went ahead in the framework of the Fifth Summit of the Americas held in Port-of-Spain, Trinidad and Tobago, from April 17 to 19, 2009. On that occasion too steps were taken to facilitate the attendance at the event of civil society representatives involved in the issue, and another document on regional standards of protection was presented and circulated.
