Special Sessions

On April 28th, 2006, the Committee on Juridical and Political Affairs of the Permanent Council of the OAS, conducted a special session on access to information. The special session was carried out with the participation of experts from the states and civil society representatives. The aim of the special session was to promote, impart, and exchange experiences and knowledge with respect to access to information and the relationship with citizen participation.
