Model Inter-American Law on Access to Information

Throughout the process of developing the model law on access to information, the group of experts on access to information produced several draft versions of the model law. These draft versions were revised throughout the process of discussion of the model law and led to the approval of a final version which were presented formally to the Committee on Juridical and Political Affairs on April 29, 2010.
