Implementation Guide

Throughout the process of developing the model law on access to information, the group of experts on access to information produced draft versions of the implementation guide. These draft versions were revised during the process of discussion of the model law and these revisions led to the approval of a final version, which will be submitted to the Committee on Juridical and Political Affairs on April 29, 2010.
