Press Releases

The ceremony for the Resolution of the Supreme Court of Panama (CSJ,) was held on January 23, 2009, which consequently created the National Service of Judicial Facilitators in that country. The resolution contains the Facilitators rules and regulations, the creation of the facilitators Directorate, which is a crucial step in establishing their services, as well as the signing of the Partnership Agreement between the Supreme Court and the General Secretariat of the OAS to establish the Inter - Judicial Facilitators Program in Panama in June 2008. In the pictures, the President of the CSJ, Harvey Mitchell, is handing the Secretary for Legal Affairs of the OAS, Jean Michel Arrighi the instrument. Dr. Arrighi then addressed the Supreme Court in appreciation of the confidence placed in the Organization accompanied by The Representative of the GS of the OAS in Panama, Abigail Castro de Pérez, and the Coordinator of The Inter-American Judicial Facilitators in Panama, Mirna Rosales.
