Develop a good understanding of the countries perspectives by doing research and contacting diplomatic representatives ahead of time

Understand current regional issues.

Represent their assigned country?s interests and policies.

Draft resolutions for negotiation and negotiate their support.

Debate and approve resolutions during committee meetings.

Practice parliamentary procedures and diplomacy to reach consensus and address regional problems.
