INVITATIONS TO THE FORTIETH REGULAR SESSION
OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY

(Adopted at the meeting held on April 28, 2010)

THE PERMANENT COUNCIL OF THE ORGANIZATION OF AMERICAN STATES,

CONSIDERING the provisions of Article 9 of the Rules of Procedure of the General Assembly and the decision adopted by the Permanent Council on October 2, 1986,

RESOLVES:

1. To authorize the Secretary General of the Organization to invite the following inter-American regional or subregional governmental entities and agencies to attend the fortieth regular session of the General Assembly as observers:
