INVITATIONS TO THE THIRTY-EIGHTH REGULAR SESSION
OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY

THE PERMANENT COUNCIL OF THE ORGANIZATION OF AMERICAN STATES,

CONSIDERING the provisions of Article 9 of the Rules of Procedure of the General Assembly and the decision adopted by the Permanent Council on October 2, 1986,

RESOLVES:

1. To authorize the Secretary General of the Organization to invite as observers to the thirty-eighth regular session of the General Assembly the following inter-American regional or subregional governmental entities or agencies:

2. To authorize the Secretary General of the Organization to extend invitations to the following specialized agencies associated with the United Nations and other international agencies, for them to be represented by observers at the thirty-eighth regular session:
