CHANGE OF DATE OF THE THIRTY-SECOND SPECIAL SESSION OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY

 (Adopted at its session held on March 9, 2006)

THE PERMANENT COUNCIL OF THE ORGANIZATION OF AMERICAN STATES,

RECALLING its decision to convene the Thirty-Second Special Session of the General Assembly for March 16, 2006, as set out in resolution CP/RES. 900 (1532/06), "The Inter-American Defense Board as an Entity of the Organization of American States and Approval of Its Statutes"; and

DEEMING it necessary and convenient to advance the date of that Special Session,

RESOLVES:

To convene the Thirty-Second Special Session of the General Assembly to adopt the Statutes of the Inter-American Defense Board, on March 15, 2006, at the headquarters of the Organization.
