OTHER INVITATIONS TO THE THIRTY-FIRST REGULAR SESSION OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY

(Articles 9.b, 9.c, 9.d and 10 of the Rules of Procedure of the General Assembly)

        THE PERMANENT COUNCIL OF THE ORGANIZATION OF AMERICAN STATES,

        CONSIDERING the provisions of Articles 9.b, 9.c, 9.d and 10 of the Rules of Procedure of the General Assembly and pursuant to the memorandum of the General Secretariat on invitations to the thirty-first regular session of the General Assembly (CP/doc.3434/01 add. 1);

RESOLVES:

        1.     To authorize the Secretary General of the Organization to extend invitations to the following, pursuant to Articles 9.b, 9.c, 9.d and 10 of the Rules of Procedure of the General Assembly:
