INVITATIONS TO THE FORTY-FOURTH SPECIAL SESSION
OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY

(Adopted by the Permanent Council at its meeting of March 13, 2013)


THE PERMANENT COUNCIL OF THE ORGANIZATION OF AMERICAN STATES,

TAKING INTO ACCOUNT that the forty-fourth special session of the General Assembly will be held at the headquarters of the General Secretariat of the Organization of American States, in Washington, D.C., on March 22, 2013; and

CONSIDERING the provisions of Articles 9 and 10 of the Rules of Procedure of the General Assembly,

RESOLVES:

1. To authorize the Secretary General of the Organization to invite the following inter-American regional or subregional governmental entities and agencies to attend the forty-fourth special session of the General Assembly as observers:
