PLACE AND DATE OF THE FORTY-THIRD SPECIAL SESSION OF THE GENERAL
ASSEMBLY TO CONSIDER AND ADOPT THE 2013 PROGRAM-BUDGET

THE PERMANENT COUNCIL OF THE ORGANIZATION OF AMERICAN STATES,

CONSIDERING that at its fortieth second special session, the General Assembly, through resolution AG/RES.1 (XLII-E/11) rev. 1, resolved to convoke a special session of the General Assembly to consider and approve the 2013 program-budget, to be held no later than November 15, 2012; and

BEARING IN MIND that it is necessary to determine a place and date to hold the special session of the General Assembly,

RESOLVES:

1. That the forty-third special session of the General Assembly to consider and approve the 2013 program-budget will be held on November 15, 2012, at the headquarters of the Organization.

2. To bring this resolution to the attention of the Preparatory Committee for the forty-third special session of the General Assembly.
