CHAPTER IX

GENERAL PROVISIONS

Article 37: Any amendment to these Statutes must be approved by the General Assembly. The Committee may propose to the Assembly any amendments that it considers advisable.

Article 38: The Committee shall adopt its Rules of Procedure by the affirmative vote of six of its members.
