CHAPTER I

SCOPE OF THE RULES OF PROCEDURE

Article 1: These Rules of Procedure shall govern the functioning of the Inter-American Juridical Committee, hereinafter mentioned as the Committee.

Article 2: The cases not provided for in these Rules of Procedure, in the Statutes of the Committee, or in the Charter of the Organization shall be decided by the Committee.
