Leadership OAS has been
made basically to give information about many different ways to promote exchange of
experiences and mutual understanding among young leaders of different sectors of the
participating countries.
Indeed the courses will target young leaders of major institutions
engaged in democracy, including political parties, non–governmental organizations,
labor unions, business establishments, schools and mass media.
Promote knowledge, understanding and commitment to democratic
institutions, values and practices is also what LOAS search.
