* Following H.E. Cheng Siwei’s lecture, we will open the floor to questions from the audience. Questions will be limited to one minute each in order to accommodate the largest number possible of requests. Discussion with the keynote speaker and panelists will continue in the second hour.

The Lecture Series is disseminated throughout the Americas by Voice of America, Hispanic Information and Telecommunications Network (HITN), and EDUSAT of Mexico. Various national and international radio and TV stations and networks also carry the broadcasts. This lecture series is also web cast by the OAS and the World Bank.
