* Following Mr. Walcott's lecture, we will open the floor to questions from the audience. Questions will be limited to one minute each in order to accommodate the largest number possible of requests.

* This Lecture Series is disseminated throughout the Americas by Voice of America, Hispanic International Television Network (HITN), and EDUSAT of Mexico. Various national and international radio and TV stations and networks also carry the broadcasts. This lecture series is also web cast by the OAS and the World Bank.
