APICE

The Pan American Association of Student Loans Institutions, APICE, is an international, private, non-profit membership organization composed of 73 members from 19 countries.  Its purpose is to consolidate a Pan American force with the ability to represent their associates internationally and to find solutions to common problems regarding the financing of higher education through student loans and other financial aid mechanisms.
