Fund Assets:

The original legacy of Dr. Rowe has grown gradually over the years thanks to capitalization and an exemplary record of reimbursement of loans. Between 1948 (when its operations began) and 2003, the Rowe Fund granted 5,871 loans for the equivalent of $24.4 million dollars (at 2003 prices) to students from Latin American and the Caribbean for studies in the United States. The financial results have also permitted raising the level of individual loans while maintaining the interest-free policy.
