Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

The OAS has discussed for several years the real estate issue, the funding required for maintenance and repairs, as well as the deferred maintenance of its historic buildings. ONLINE EDUCATIONAL PORTAL OF THE AMERICAS EXPANDED TO FOUR LANGUAGES

The Educational Portal of the Americas (www.educoea.org), a vast Internet resource for online educational and training opportunities, is now available in the four official languages of the Organization of American States (OAS).
Initially launched last September in English and Spanish, the Educational Portal is now also accessible in French and Portuguese. Since its inauguration, the Portal has received over six million hits.
The Portal provides access to more than 4,500 distance learning courses offered by accredited universities in all academic disciplines and at all academic levels. All universities and programs of study are carefully evaluated and pre-qualified by renowned educational experts. In addition, the Portal provides information on fellowship opportunities, courses for the professional development of teachers, news events and related links of interest.
The Portal is an initiative of the Inter-American Agency for Cooperation and Development (IACD), the OAS development agency. It enables the citizens of the Americas, particularly those living in remote communities and rural areas, to promote their own personal and professional development.
