Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.

OAS SPECIAL MISSION IN HAITI CONDEMNS ATTACK ON MICHELE MONTAS DOMINIQUE

The OAS Special Mission to Strengthen Democracy in Haiti condemns in the strongest possible terms the cowardly attempt on the life of Mrs. Michèle Montas Dominique, Director of Radio Haïti Inter, and the murder of her bodyguard, Mr. Maxime Séide, on the evening of December 25, 2002, a day of peace and reconciliation.
On December 26, 2002, the Officer-in-Charge of the Special Mission paid a visit to Mrs. Michèle Montas Dominique to express his sympathy and to convey the horror felt by the OAS Special Mission at this fresh act of intimidation and violence perpetrated against the Haitian media.
The OAS Special Mission in Haiti urgently requests that the Haitian authorities without delay make every possible effort to see that the perpetrators of this act are identified and brought to justice.
