Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.

OAS Officials are Special Guests to Election Day in Venezuela

The Secretary for Political Affairs of the Organization of American States (OAS), Víctor Rico, and the Secretariat’s political advisor, Raúl Alconada, will travel to Venezuela to participate in the International Electoral Accompaniment Program to take place in that country as a result of parliamentary elections scheduled for September 26.
The two officials do so at the invitation of the President of the National Electoral Council of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.
As in other occasions, high-level officials of the OAS participate as special guests on the day of voting in those countries that do not request electoral observation from this Organization. Their role is to witness the events on the day of the election and not to conduct a technical or political observation.
