Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.

The OAS has discussed for several years the real estate issue, the funding required for maintenance and repairs, as well as the deferred maintenance of its historic buildings. OAS OFFICIAL TO KEYNOTE CARIBBEAN STUDIES ASSOCIATION EVENT IN BAHAMAS

Organization of American States Assistant Secretary General Luigi Einaudi will deliver the keynote address at the presidential luncheon of the 27th annual conference of the Caribbean Studies Association, in Nassau, Bahamas, on Thursday. The conference opened Monday and runs until Saturday.
Ambassador Einaudi will join some 300 hundred international figures and scholars as well as local officials, among them the Secretary General of the Association of Caribbean States, Prof. Norman Girvan; President Emeritus of the Caribbean Development Bank, Sir Neville Nichols; and President General of the Association of Caribbean Universities and Research Institutes, Dr. Mervyn Alleyne.
The Assistant Secretary General is expected to speak on regional and hemispheric issues related to the conference theme, "Coping with Challenge, Contending with Change."
Formed in 1974 with 300 scholars, the Puerto Rico-based Caribbean Studies Association is a leading group of scholars who teach, research and publish on Caribbean issues. Membership has since grown to more than 1000 throughout the Caribbean, North America, Europe, Latin America, Africa and Asia. The CSA President is Dr. Ivelaw Griffith, Dean of the Honors program and Professor of Political Science at Florida International University.
