Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

Meeting of Secretary General Insulza and Secretary of State Clinton

The Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), José Miguel Insulza, met Friday with U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton at State Department headquarters in Washington, DC.
During the meeting, held the day before the Secretary of State's trip to various Latin American countries, the main subjects of the hemispheric agenda were reviewed, among them those relative to democracy, Human Rights, social protection and public security.
Secretary of State Clinton and Secretary General Insulza also covered subjects involving the process of democratic normalization in Honduras and the reinforcement of assistance in the reconstruction of Haiti. As a result of their conversation they agreed to continue to work together on these issues key to the Hemisphere.
Secretary General Insulza also informed Secretary of State Clinton about different aspects of the workings of the OAS, including political aspects and others related to the administrative and financial workings of the Organization.
At the conclusion of their meeting, Secretary General Insulza said: "We've had a very satisfactory meeting, in which I think we covered the main problems affecting the region. I hope Secretary of State Clinton's trip will help to strengthen dialogue between the United States and Latin America."
