The Permanent Council of the Organization of American States (OAS) will host next Wednesday, November 19th, a Protocolary Session to welcome the President of the Republic of Bolivia, Evo Morales Ayma, who will discuss the current state of democracy in that country.

Following his intervention, the President will offer a press conference in the Guerrero room, at OAS main building.
