VINCENT AND THE GRENADINES PRIME MINISTER TO VISIT OAS The Prime Minister of St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Dr. Ralph Gonsalves, will visit the Organization of American States (OAS) Headquarters on Monday, October 1, 2001. Dr. Gonsalves, who is also Minister of Finance, Planning, Economic Development, Labor and Information, will address a protocolary session of the Permanent Council, beginning at 10:30 a.m. The meeting will be chaired by Dominica's Permanent Representative, Ambassador Swinburne Lestrade.
