SECRETARY GENERAL TO SPEAK AT HARVARD UNIVERSITY
The
Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), César
Gaviria, will speak at the David Rockefeller Center for Latin American
Studies at Harvard University on Thursday.
Gaviria will address some of the issues related to the role of
the region and the OAS in response to the September 11 terrorist
attacks. His remarks will
be followed by a question and answer session.
