Press Advisory IACD AND BANK OF AMERICA TO SIGN AGREEMENT FOR US$100 MILLION LINE OF CREDIT The Inter-American Agency for Cooperation and Development (IACD) of the Organization of American States (OAS) and the Bank of America will sign a memorandum of understanding for a US$100 million line of credit to fund social development programs in Latin America and the Caribbean that address issues of education, information technology and poverty alleviation.
