(E-062/01) March 16 , 2001 HIGH LEVEL HONDURAS–NICARAGUA MEETING High-level delegations from Honduras and Nicaragua met today with the Secretary General and the Assistant Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), seeking to adopt measures to strengthen security and build confidence between both countries. The delegations also asked the OAS to monitor and verify the implementation of the agreements that both countries have signed.
