February 27, 2001   ISABEL PARRA TO PERFORM AT OAS Chilean artiste Isabel Parra will be in concert at the OAS on March 2, in a performance to benefit the victims of the deadly earthquake that shook El Salvador recently. During her recital at the Hall of the Americas, starting at 8:00 p.m., Parra will be accompanied by her daughter Cristina Parra and nephew Antar Pregnan.
