With the Third Summit of the America less than three weeks away, diplomats and experts from the Organization of American States (OAS) and the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) on Tuesday will discuss key issues on the agenda. The hemisphere's presidents and prime ministers will meet in Quebec City, Canada, from April 20-22.
Tuesday's panel discussion is hosted by the OAS and The Center for Latin American Issues at The George Washington University.
