Press Advisory February 20, 2001   NEWS CONFERENCE: PERUVIAN JUSTICE MINISTER The Peruvian Minister of Justice, Diego García Sayán, will hold a news conference Thursday at the Organization of American States (OAS), after visiting the headquarters of the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights. During the visit, García Sayán will discuss Peru's new relationship with the regional human rights system. Immediately thereafter, at 3:30 p.m., he will meet with the press. Several members of the Inter-American Commission -- including President Helio Bicudo, Executive Secretary Jorge Taiana and Commissioner Claudio Grossman -- will also be available.
