What: Fourth round of talks between the Foreign Ministers of Honduras and Nicaragua, Roberto Flores Bermúdez and Eduardo Montealegre Rivas, with OAS Special Representative Luigi Einaudi. The meeting is intended to work out details of measures to reduce tensions between the two countries over a maritime boundary dispute.
