Chief of OAS Electoral Observation Mission to Peru
To hold Press Conference

The Chief of the Organization of American States Electoral Observation Mission to Peru, Eduardo Stein, will hold a press conference tomorrow at OAS headquarters after briefing Secretary General C�sar Gaviria on that country’s electoral process.

Stein, the former Guatemalan Foreign Minister, led a team of some 90 international observers who closely followed the first round of the elections and will monitor the runoff between President Alberto Fujimori and challenger, Alejandro Toledo.
