STATEMENT BY THE OAS SECRETARY GENERAL

In response to information being published by a number of media in Peru, the Secretary General of the Organization of American States, César Gaviria, is again placing on record the absolute and full support of the Secretary General for Dr. Eduardo Stein and the OAS Electoral Observation Mission in Peru.
