STATEMENT BY THE OAS SECRETARY GENERAL

In response to information being published by a number of media in Peru, the Secretary General of the Organization of American States, C�sar Gaviria, is again placing on record the absolute and full support of the Secretary General for Dr. Eduardo Stein and the OAS Electoral Observation Mission in Peru.
