OAS PERMANENT COUNCIL TO RECEIVE
PERU AND CANADA FOREIGN MINISTERS

 

            The Permanent Council of the Organization of American States (OAS) will be holding two special sessions on Wednesday, February 13, to receive the Foreign Minister of Peru and the Foreign Minister of Canada, respectively.   The first session, at 9:30 a.m., will be addressed by the Foreign Minister of Peru, Diego García Sayán.  Canada's Minister of Foreign Affairs, William Graham, will address the 10:30 a.m. session.
