UNITED STATES AND THE HEMISPHERE IN 2002  

            Ambassador Robert Zoellick, the United States Trade Representative, will speak on the topic "The United States and the Hemisphere in 2002,” at a press conference at the Organization of American States (OAS) on Thursday, February 7 at 4:00 p.m.   The OAS is hosting the event in conjunction with Foreign Affairs (Spanish) magazine and Inter-American Dialogue.
