6. Criminal Justice System Personnel & Capacity
6.2.1 Prosecution Personnel (Males and Females)
“Prosecuting Personnel” means both full-time and part-time professionals as at December 31 whose duty is to initiate and maintain criminal proceedings on behalf of the state in relation to a criminal offence. Data concerning support staff (e.g. secretaries, clerks, paralegals etc.) should be excluded
