A young girl
videotaping amid crowds; a balding loner losing his hope behind hospital
doors; tensions flaring at a bizarre Helmut Newton-type fashion shoot; a
grey, curly-haired man losing/finding his daughter, reliving his wedding
in Felliniesque dream-like style at a train station, then getting
involved in clumsy street shooting. Stories overlap and interlock in
mostly dialogue-less (but with allusive voiceover) sequences in this
experimental, mainly non-narrative debut work. But then they all seem to
end up in the same place.
Una joven hace un video entre las multitudes; un hombre calvo y solitario
pierde la esperanza en un hospital; una sesión fotográfica de moda
despierta tensiones; un hombre canoso pierde y vuelve a encontrar a su
hija, revive su boda al estilo Fellini en una estación de tren y luego se
ve envuelto en un tiroteo. En este debut experimental, varias historias
distintas se enlazan sin mucho diálogo ni narrativa, y todas parecen
terminar en el mismo lugar.
