Punk garage band player Hermes Gaido buries his raffish adopted father-then takes off with him in a biplane, on what turns out to be a quest for the truth about his birth. He meets car mechanic Alejandro Fiore-who strews jagged metal on the highway to get customers- village padre Oscar Alegre, and truckers' hooker and single mother María Laura Frigerio (terrific in her debut) along the way, en route to a startling answer to his big question, and acquires accordion expertise as well. Luego de enterrar a su padre adoptivo, el baterista punk Hermes Gaido emprende un viaje en un biplano en busca de la verdad sobre sus orígenes. En el camino, conoce al mecánico Alejandro Fiore, que arroja tachuelas en la autopista para conseguir clientes, al padre del pueblo Oscar Alegre y a la prostituta de camioneros y madre soltera María Laura Frigerio (extraordinaria en su debut).
