This office plans and coordinates the official ceremonies of the Organization's deliberative bodies, of the Secretary General, of the Assistant Secretary General and of the Executive Secretaries and Assistant Secretaries. It serves as a liaison between the Permanent Missions to the OAS and the United States Department of State regarding privileges and immunities of delegation members. It organizes and coordinates the use of the OAS Main Building for protocolary events and social functions.
