On September 27, 2010, Nicaragua deposited the instrument of ratification to the  Inter-American Convention to Facilitate Disaster Assistance.

On September 27, 2010, Ecuador informed on the designation of the "Ministerio de Justicia Derechos Humanos y Cultos" as the Central Authority for the purpose of the Inter-American Convention on Serving Criminal Sentences Abroad.

On September 15, 2010, El Salvador deposited the instrument of ratification to the  Protocol of Amendment to the Inter-American Convention on an International Amateur Radio Permit.

On September 1, 2010, Uruguay informed on the designation of the "Ministerio de Educación y Cultura" as the Central Authority for the purpose of the Inter-American Convention on Serving Criminal Sentences Abroad.

On July 28, 2010, Colombia deposited the instrument of ratification to the  Inter-American Convention on Support Obligations with declarations.

On March 5, 2010, Nicaragua deposited the instrument of ratification to the Additional Protocol to the Inter-American Convention on Human Rights in the area of Economic, Social and Cultural Rights.

On January 26, 2010, Chile deposited the instrument of ratification to the Inter-American Convention on the Forced Disappearance of Persons.
