On December 22, 2005, El Salvador appointed the
Instituto Salvadoreño para el Desarrollo Integral de la
Niñez y la Adolescencia (ISNA) as its cemtral authority
according to article 5 of the Inter-American Convention on
International Traffic in Minors.
On December 22, 2005, El Salvador
deposited its instrument of accession to the
Inter-American Convention on International Traffic in Minors
with reservation.
On December 21, 2005, Perú
deposited its instrument of accession to the Inter-American
Convention on Support Obligations.
On December 16, 2005, Argentina
deposited its instrument of ratification to the
Inter-American Convention against Terrorism.

designated the Office of International Affairs of the
Criminal Division of the United States Department of Justice
as its central authority for purposes of mutual legal
assistance pursuant to article XVIII of the Inter-American
Convention against Corruption.
On June 7, 2005, Nicaragua
appointed the Consejo Nacional de Atención y Protección
Integral a la Niñez y la Adolescencia (CONAPINA) as the
central authority responsible for the compliance of the
oblgations established in the Inter-American Convention on
the International Return of Children.
On June 1, 2005, United States
designated the Permanent Representative of the United States
to the OAS to serve as the central authority for the
purposes of channeling requests for mutual technical
cooperation in accordance with the provisions of articles
XIV(2) and XVIII of the Inter-American Convention against
Corruption.

Barbuda deposited the instrument of ratification to the
Inter-American Convention on the International Return of
Children.

the Inter-American Convention on Serving Criminal Sentences
Abroad.

deposited the instrument of ratification to the
Inter-American Convention on Transparency in Conventional
Weapons Acquisitions.
On April 15, 2005, Paraguay
signed the Convention on the Protection of the
Archeological, Historical, and Artistic Heritage of the
American Nations (Convention of San Salvador).

deposited the instrument of ratification to the

Trafficking in Firearms, Ammunitions, Explosives, and Other
Related Materials.
On January 13, 2005, Bolivia
appointed the Viceministro de la Juventud, Niñez y Tercera
Edad as central authority for the Inter-American Convention
on the International Return of Children.
On January 13, 2005, Ecuador
appointed the Consejo Nacional de la Niñez y la Adolescencia
as central authority for the Inter-American Convention on
Support Obligations, the Inter-American Convention on
International Traffic in Minors and the Inter-American
Convention on the International Return of Children.
